Krakt

Krakt is based off of lettering from the De Stijl movement. While not as clean or clear as one would have designed practicing the movement, the roughness adds character. There are three variations of each letter form and two variations of numbers. Mix and match, destroy them all!

The process of creating Krakt was fairly straightforward. I drew the shapes by hand at first, scanned them in, then traced in illustrator. To add a more hand-drawn feel, I printed out the entire alphabet again, and traced by hand one more time. The process was a little monotonous at times, but the end result demonstrates the steps I took.
